What is ProtoCoach?

Well, the best way to answer that is to compare it to Microsoft Word. We can all appreciate that the best tool for an author to write their novel is to use Microsoft Word. Word can change text formats, alter paragraph properties; insert indents, bullets, photos, etc. Word can save the novel as a file to edit later. Or it can print the document, or convert it to a web page or a .pdf document. Once the novel is in Microsoft Word, the author has enormous flexibility over the content. On the other hand, word does NOT create the content. The author has to do that. Word does not automatically create the plot, or the characters or the humor, or the drama, or the mystery. The author is the one that brings that creativity to MS word. MS Word is then the best tool to document, edit, store, review, update and distribute that content. Microsoft Word does not make the user a new York times best seller. But, any best-selling author isn't using pen and paper these days to write, edit and transmit their novels to their editors!

Protocoach, like MS word, is the best tool for creating, editing, saving, finding, distributing and reviewing your companies "content". What is you companies "content"? IT is how you do, what you do. It is your policies, your procedures, or as we like to call them, your "protocols": A detailed, step by step recipe of what an employee is supposed to do and how to do it. We're not in the business of authoring or creating your protocols (although we'll have templates to help you) nor are we here to preach the virtues of documenting your processes (most of our clients already know them. but we'll be happy to share those secrets with you!)
