What is ProtoCoach?

Would you ever write a novel with a pencil and paper? Would you consider giving a presentation with a placard or an overhead? Would you perform sophisticated financial projections with a hand held calculator? Of course you wouldn’t. What Microsoft Word is to documents, PowerPoint is to presentations, Excel is to spreadsheets, ProtoCoach is to protocols, policies and procedures.

ProtoCoach is the best tool for creating, editing, saving, finding, distributing and reviewing your companies "content". What is your company’s "content"? It is how you do, what you do. It is your policies, your procedures, or as we like to call them, your "protocols": A detailed, step by step recipe of what an employee is supposed to do and how to do it. Protocols are much more detailed than a "job description". A job description may list "employee opens office in the morning". Our Protocol for "opening the office" is 4 pages long! It starts with how and where to turn on the lights and ends with the number of pens and pads that should be on certain desks!

We're not in the business of authoring or creating your protocols (although we'll have templates to help you) nor are we here to preach the virtues of documenting your processes (most of our clients already know them, but we'll be happy to share those secrets with you!)
